SENATE BILL NO. 195 An Act relating to common law liens, to                    
remedies, costs, and fees imposed for the registration, filing, or             
recording of certain nonconsensual common law liens, and to                    
penalties for recording common law liens was read the second time.             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
